Joe Schwarcz An Apple a Day Sahar's ReviewsThe question of nutrition in helping maintain or regain one’s health has been an ongoing topic that has kept my husband and I talking for hours—and cooking for many more. The most recent book to have made its way into our conversation is Joe SchwarczAn Apple a Day, an informative and engaging number Borna rated 4 of 5 stars. “Each chapter of An Apple a Day by Joe Schwarcz,” he explains in his review, “looks at some food, supplement or molecule and the truth behind it. He also looks at a whole bunch of these dietary recommendations and suggestions, and dispels a bunch of myths on what we should and shouldn’t eat.” And some of these will no doubt surprise you as much as they did us.

A big thank you to our Tuesday Night Library Group for introducing us to Joe Schwarcz!
